Contact resolver

A contact resolver consolidates candidate contact observations and selects the strongest available value per channel using identity confidence, verification state, freshness, corroboration, provider provenance, and prior outcomes.

Why it matters in recruiting and sourcing

Recruiters do not need ten emails. They need the best current work email, the best appropriate personal email, the best phone, and the canonical profile link—with confidence and alternatives when the evidence conflicts. Resolution turns enrichment volume into decision support.

Example

Three providers return two work emails and four phone numbers. The resolver suppresses a bounced email, ranks a recently verified work address first, shows one mobile as primary, and collapses stale or lower-confidence values under alternatives.
