How primary contacts and alternative contact values should be interpreted
More contact values are not automatically better. The useful recruiter view is a clear primary work email, personal email where policy permits, phone, and canonical profile link, with lower-confidence alternatives available but not dumped into the main profile.

Primary means preferred observation, not guaranteed truth
A primary contact is the strongest available observation under the current resolver logic. Recruiters should still use verification state, source, recency, and outcome context when deciding whether to use it.
Channels remain separate
Work email, personal email, phone, and profile URLs should be evaluated independently. A strong LinkedIn or GitHub identity signal does not automatically verify an email address.
Alternatives remain inspectable
Lower-confidence or conflicting values can be kept as alternatives so recruiters can investigate without overwhelming the primary Candidate 360 view.
Bad outcomes are evidence
Bounce, wrong-person, disconnected-number, or recruiter-corrected outcomes should reduce confidence in the specific observation and inform future provider evaluation.
