Candidate 360

Candidate 360 is a recruiter-facing evidence dossier that brings together a candidate’s resolved identity, work history, role-specific evidence, source profiles, contact signals, prior recruiting history, uncertainty, and verification tasks.

Why it matters in recruiting and sourcing

Recruiters lose time when evidence is scattered across cards, tabs, providers, ATS records, and browser profiles. Candidate 360 is useful when it creates one review surface without erasing where each fact came from. The goal is not to manufacture a perfect resume; it is to make the candidate understandable against the current role.

Example

For a RHEL Administrator search, Candidate 360 can highlight explicit RHEL evidence, relevant Linux tenure, location evidence, public clearance language marked as verification-sensitive, previous ATS history, the strongest current work email, and any unresolved identity conflict.
