Candidate 360 and identity review

Candidate 360 is an evidence dossier, not a scraped resume. It should make identity, source history, evidence, uncertainty, contact signals, and recruiter-confirmed decisions inspectable.

Identity is a decision boundary

Two profiles that look similar should not be silently merged. Identity proposals can be generated, but recruiter confirmation remains the safer boundary when evidence is not definitive.

Keep source provenance

When multiple sources contribute to a candidate, each useful claim should retain source context so reviewers can understand where it came from.

Show gaps as well as matches

A useful dossier surfaces what supports the role, what is uncertain, and what still needs to be verified. It should not hide missing evidence behind one percentage score.
