Getting started with SourcingOS
SourcingOS is a recruiter-controlled sourcing workbench. Start with the hiring brief, turn it into an explicit search plan, run distinct source lanes, review evidence, and keep human confirmation around identity, verification, and outreach.

Ask SourcingOS about this page
1. Start with the role
Use the role brief to capture what is explicitly required before expanding the search. Keep hard requirements separate from synonyms, adjacent titles, discovery expansions, and verification questions.
2. Build multiple search lanes
Different sources expose different evidence. A healthy search can include direct-title, adjacent-title, donor-company, public technical evidence, research evidence, ATS rediscovery, and licensed provider lanes.
3. Review evidence, not just scores
Candidate relevance should be inspectable. Treat missing evidence and uncertainty as part of the review rather than allowing a summary to silently become fact.
4. Keep recruiter approval
SourcingOS can structure, retrieve, summarize, and propose. Identity merges, verification-sensitive claims, and consequential recruiting actions remain recruiter-controlled.
