Clearance and license verification boundaries

SourcingOS can use public clearance or professional-license language as discovery evidence, but those signals should remain verification-sensitive unless confirmed through an appropriate authoritative process.

Public language is a breadcrumb

A resume, profile, or public page may mention Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, RN, PE, or another credential. That can help discovery without proving the status is current or valid.

Keep the requirement intact

If a role requires a particular clearance or license, the search plan should preserve that requirement even when the public evidence is uncertain.

Use verify-next actions

When a promising candidate has incomplete evidence, mark the requirement for verification instead of converting uncertainty into a positive match.
