BooleanOS V1.4 · Search Compiler Preview

One hiring brief. The right controls for each destination.

BooleanOS separates what belongs in the keyword query, what the destination handles better as a native filter, what must be verified separately, and what belongs in an optional discovery lane.

"Senior RHEL Systems Administrator" AND (RHEL OR Linux OR "Red Hat Satellite") AND "Annapolis Junction, MD" AND NOT (intern OR bootcamp)

Job titlesrole-bound
Senior RHEL Systems Administrator

LinkedIn Recruiter has a dedicated Job titles filter with current/past title controls. Keep title intent visible while using the native filter for precision.

Locationsrole-bound
Annapolis Junction, MD

Location is stronger as a Recruiter location filter than as keyword text.

Years of experiencerole-bound
5+ years

Recruiter exposes years-of-experience controls; do not force tenure into the keyword string when a native filter can express it.

Seniorityrole-bound
Senior

Use Recruiter seniority as a filter only when Role Brain observed or the recruiter confirmed it.

Industriessearch expansion
Federal / GovCon

Industry is a structured Recruiter filter. Treat it as a search control, not proof that a candidate has the required experience.

Workplace typerole-bound
onsite

Use the destination workplace filter when the brief actually states onsite, hybrid, or remote.

Destination query qualifiers

0

No additional destination qualifiers are needed.

Verify separately

1
Clearancerole-bound
Secret

LinkedIn profile text and filters do not verify current clearance. Search may use recruiter-controlled private criteria, but final clearance status still requires verification.

Optional discovery lanes

0

No recruiter-accepted adjacent discovery lanes yet.

Verification-sensitive criteria stay visible in the role without being laundered into verified candidate facts.
Why this matters

A recruiter search is more than one Boolean text box.

LinkedIn Recruiter, public-web X-Ray, GitHub, and ATS / resume databases expose different search mechanics. BooleanOS preserves one role interpretation, then decides which criteria belong in the query, which belong in destination-native controls, which must stay verification-sensitive, and which are optional discovery lanes.

Suggested adjacent titles, companies, and geographies never silently overwrite the recruiter-stated requirement. Clearance remains a verification-bound role fact rather than becoming a public-web claim.
